Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to assist plan sponsors with the implementation phase of their plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent client/advisor experience during the implementation phase of their plan
- Request and coordinate the collection of necessary data from clients and outside professionals
- Act as a liaison between clients, advisors, and platform providers during the implementation phase
Required Qualifications:
- Five or more years of retirement plan implementation/onboarding experience
- Ability to manage workload towards weekly goals in a results-only environment
- High level of critical thinking
- Coachable and committed to professional development; industry credentials are an added bonus
