Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to manage and optimize Talent and Learning Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and administration of the Talent Management System (TMS) and daily operations of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation for system users and ensure data integrity and system performance
- Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and collaborate on special projects related to talent and learning development
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Instructional Design, with 2 years of related experience; or 5 years of related experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Management system administration
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software tools quickly
- Experience in a complex organization or consulting role with strong project planning skills
