A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to support customer onboarding and training on their platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the project manager for clients during the onboarding process to maximize product value
- Lead regular meetings with clients, including kick-off and training sessions
- Assist clients in importing data into the platform and facilitate setup revisions as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable meeting clients via Zoom
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data management
- Experience in the accounting or tax industry is a plus
- Previous onboarding software experience is preferred
