In-Store Bakery Sales Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director Sales, In-Store Bakery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and achieve annual sales budget through industry knowledge and targeted business opportunities
• Design and implement sales growth plans, including managing a pipeline of prospective new accounts
• Develop a 30/60/90-day plan focused on execution against key initiatives and new business development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in In-Store Bakery/Deli
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Level)
• Experience with corporate applications such as SAGE and SEI (training provided)
• Self-starter with effective time-management skills and flexibility in a changing environment
