A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to generate revenue through new leads and assist with current customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and qualify lead potential using discovery questions
- Quote clients based on needs and create customer orders/accounts
- Utilize Salesforce/CRM software to track customer data and ensure top-quality service for assigned accounts
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of proven inside sales experience with excellent phone presentation skills
- Strong sales mindset and ability to assess revenue generating potential of leads
- Resiliency in dealing with changing circumstances and client rejection
- Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
