Inbound Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Specialist to handle sales and retention calls from customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and maintain customer engagement through inbound and outbound calls
• Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate products and services while following established procedures
• Maintain sales leads database and participate in mentorship and development meetings

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred
• At least one year of sales experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Windows and ability to learn billing systems
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is helpful
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment
