Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and maintain customer engagement through inbound and outbound calls
• Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate products and maintain the sales leads database
• Follow established processes and participate in mentorship and development meetings

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred
• At least one year of sales experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Windows and familiarity with billing systems; CRM experience is helpful
• Ability to present information clearly and effectively over the phone
• Resilient, positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
