Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets including connects, conversion rates, and bundle sell-ins
• Field inbound and make outbound calls to customers regarding products and services
• Maintain the sales leads database and follow established sales processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred
• At least one year of sales experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Windows and ability to learn billing systems
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is helpful
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment
