A company is looking for an Incentive Program Analyst to calculate and analyze corporate Formula bonus program results and payouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile, process, and audit quarterly Formula bonuses for a large corporate employee group
- Create and distribute monthly performance reports, addressing inquiries from employees and management
- Audit and maintain the integrity of source documents used in Formula bonus calculations, reconciling data and escalating issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- At least 2 years of experience in compensation, internal audit, financial analysis, or accounting
- Advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel, including functions like SUMIFS and pivot tables
- Experience managing concurrent projects and meeting tight deadlines
- Experience in an incentive compensation environment is preferred
