Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Worker- MSW Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions for patients and families
• Coordinate care and resources between patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Develop and implement relapse prevention plans and crisis intervention strategies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's Degree in Social Work required
• De-escalation certification required within 6 months
• Permanent LSW licensure required; LCSW licensure preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred in mental health or related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
