Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements for system architectures
• Define hardware and software specifications, including performance and control requirements
• Design database structures and finalize input/output design for data flows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience
• Active Secret Clearance
• 5+ years of software development experience, particularly in a federal environment
• 5+ years of experience designing systems and subsystems
• Experience developing technical documentation for complex health systems
