Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Services Management Engineer (CRM).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform network hardware and operating system changes, including installation and testing
• Provide daily support for network operations and troubleshoot issues at physical and logical levels
• Participate in planning and implementing new network infrastructure for voice and data communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with configuration and operation of various system types (mainframe, mini, client/server)
• Ability to optimize system operation and perform capacity analysis
• Experience assisting users with business systems access and utilization
