Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, support, maintain, and improve Mitel Openscape and Unified Communications solutions
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence
• Document system configurations and conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure roles
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Mitel Openscape/UC solutions
• Proficiency in networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, SIP, and VoIP
• Experience with VMware ESXi and/or Microsoft Hyper-V
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory
