A company is looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer II.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing expert troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network environments
- Analyze trends and system data to identify root causes and recommend improvements to reduce recurring issues
- Manage support tickets with increased autonomy, coordinating resolutions across teams and ensuring timely communication
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT support with increasing technical responsibilities
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft technologies
- Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, particularly AWS Workspaces
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and cloud computing technologies
- Relevant certifications preferred: A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, MCSE
