Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Tech Lead to shape the future of its platform architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the infrastructure roadmap and establish engineering standards
• Architect and implement scalable solutions on AWS/Kubernetes/PostgreSQL/Redis stack
• Mentor engineers and participate in hiring to build out the infrastructure team

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience with 3+ years in technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise with AWS services and production experience with Kubernetes
• Experience in database performance engineering and infrastructure as code
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks
• Experience with scaling infrastructure during hypergrowth in a startup environment
