Job Summary

A company is looking for an In-House Clinical Research Associate (IHCRA).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, implement, and monitor clinical studies in accordance with applicable regulations
• Identify, train, and close out study sites while ensuring data accuracy and adherence to timelines
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and develop site and patient enrollment strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or healthcare
• Previous experience in clinical research or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Willingness to develop knowledge of local regulatory requirements
