Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a healthcare-related field from a regionally accredited institution
• Current industry experience in a healthcare setting
• Industry-related certifications (CCS) are required
• Minimum of 5 years of working knowledge in healthcare operations, including electronic health records and reimbursement methodologies
• Subject matter expertise in inpatient/hospital coding
