A company is looking for a Manager, Inside Sales (SDR Team).
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, lead, train, and inspire a high-performing global SDR team to achieve and surpass their individual and team goals
- Develop, implement, and refine SalesLoft sequences to effectively manage inbound leads and proactive prospecting initiatives
- Analyze key metrics and prepare weekly dashboards to drive continuous improvement and optimize ROI
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience managing and developing an inside sales or SDR team, ideally in the technology or AI sector
- Hands-on experience with SalesLoft or similar sales engagement platforms
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics for team performance improvement
- Exceptional coaching, training, and motivational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive mindset
