Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls from generated leads
• Engaging with prospective customers regarding the full suite of products/services
• Documenting all customer touch points and communications using internal tools

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Telephone Sales, Customer Service, or other customer-facing experience
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Technologically proficient with Windows-based applications
• Ability to make 150+ calls per day
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team
