Key Responsibilities

- Provide support to funeral home partners and manage obituary desks as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales or customer support experience
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to type 55+ WPM preferred
- Demonstrated patience and kindness when interacting with grieving families
- Proven ability to prioritize workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment
