Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales or customer support experience
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to type 55+ WPM preferred
• Demonstrated patience and kindness when interacting with grieving families
• Proven ability to prioritize workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment
