Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative (WFH+ Uncapped Commission).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer high volumes of inbound sales calls and follow SOPs to ensure quality and legal compliance
• Utilize active listening to understand customer needs and recommend relevant products and services
• Close sales efficiently and meet or exceed key performance indicators on a monthly basis

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience
• 1 year of experience interfacing with customers
• 1 year of experience meeting/exceeding performance metrics
• 1 year of experience working with computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
