Key Responsibilities
- Utility set up and disconnects for property construction/rehab
- Vendor scheduling and managing construction and vendor schedules
- Processing vendor invoices and payment reconciliation
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of construction administrative assistant experience
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to manage escalated contractor issues
- Excellent organizational skills
