Key Responsibilities
- Manage training and educational programs for Contact Center staff, ensuring alignment with educational goals and regulatory standards
- Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers while applying instructional design models and adult learning principles
- Oversee vendor projects, manage budgets, and develop metrics to assess learning outcomes and performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or insurance environment
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Familiarity with computer-based training tools and simulation-based education
- Previous experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
