Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to collaborate on training design and content development.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on courses and learning components across various modalities
• Define learning objectives, course structure, content, and assessments while engaging with subject matter experts
• Create instructional materials and graphics, ensuring adherence to company standards and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in developing instructor-led, eLearning, or virtual training in a technical environment
• Experience in training development for the utility industry
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Articulate Storyline
• Experience in technical writing
