Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in developing instructor-led, eLearning, or virtual training in a technical environment
- Experience in training development for the utility industry
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Articulate Storyline
- Experience in technical writing
