Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage role-specific training initiatives for sales teams covering various sales processes
- Create enablement assets such as e-learning modules, job aids, and coaching guides
- Evaluate training effectiveness and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or enablement, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity
- Expertise in developing training programs for sales and technical teams
- Strong instructional design skills and knowledge of adult learning principles
- Proficient in learning platforms and tools such as Articulate and LMS systems
- Experience with certification programs and learning analytics
