Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop and evaluate instructional materials in collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging instructional materials for various delivery methods
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create learner-centered experiences
• Review courses for clarity, consistency, and alignment with learning principles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design and/or curriculum development for online learning
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Excellent computer skills, including fluency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with instructional design tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
