Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer Insurance/Billing (Remote) to provide training and auditing for staff in a billing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Train new and existing staff on billing processes and software, including audits for accuracy and consistency
• Act as an Epic software team leader, sharing knowledge and coordinating issues related to billing and insurance processes
• Develop policies and procedures for billing staff and track IT issues while collaborating with relevant personnel

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a billing role
• Strong knowledge of Epic software and insurance billing processes
• No specific certifications required
• A driver's license is not required for this position
