Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Services Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming correspondences from insurance companies
• Route correspondence to appropriate departments for handling
• Perform various office duties including printing and mailing as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Prior EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience
• Prior experience in Revenue Cycle, Healthcare billing, or insurance
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
