Key Responsibilities

• Enter referrals accurately and within established timeframes while meeting productivity and quality standards
• Communicate with referral sources and patients regarding documentation and financial responsibilities
• Collaborate with local branch leadership and sales teams to ensure appropriate services and inventory are provided

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• One (1) year of experience in healthcare administration, financial services, insurance customer service, or related fields
• Experience in a Medicare certified environment is preferred
• Proficient in navigating multiple online EMR systems
• Knowledge of payer guidelines and clinical documentation standards
