Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns incorporating digital, social, email, and offline strategies
- Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience
- Own go-to-market campaigns and drive full-funnel execution for the Custom Shirts business
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in DTC or tech-enabled product marketing with campaign/project management
- Experience with product marketing, AI features, or rapid test-and-learn loops
- Proven ability to drive campaign impact and launch success
- Strong organizational and strategic skills, with a proactive and deadline-driven approach
- Experience in cross-functional leadership and collaboration
