Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrations Analyst I - Data Integrations to implement payroll deduction instruction files and reconciliation for new client configurations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to gather requirements and resolve action items
  • Document and configure files, ensuring secure file transfer setup and testing
  • Coordinate with project team members to maintain project tracking documentation and status reports
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as an administrative outsourcing analyst or equivalent
  • Proven knowledge of payroll and EDI 834 file formats
  • Advanced understanding of data relationship management related to in- and outbound files
  • BS degree required, preferably in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience with programming languages such as VBA, VBScript, and JavaScript
