Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead employee engagement communication strategies that inspire and celebrate the workforce

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in internal communications or corporate communication roles
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in driving change-management and culture-building initiatives
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions
