Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in internal communications or corporate communication roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in driving change-management and culture-building initiatives
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions
