Key Responsibilities
- Execute initiatives led by the Internal Communications team, including global campaigns and managing communication resources
- Provide strategic input on messaging and positioning to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Support company-wide meetings and assess the effectiveness of internal communications channels
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in managing technical strategic communications programs
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Proven ability to build relationships with executives and work effectively at all organizational levels
- Experience in writing and editing communications for internal or external audiences
- Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
