Investor Relations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Investor Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review investor capital activity documents and follow up with investors for missing information
• Perform anti-money laundering checks and review investors' due diligence and KYC documents
• Assist in the communication for multiple funds and their investors, including sending financial reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in finance, fund administration, or financial services
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new applications
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing numerous projects and clients
