A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from Iowa Medicaid Program recipients and affiliates
- Provide telephone support to applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees
- Document enrollment requests and enter information into a web-based system
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service roles
- Must reside within 1 hour driving distance from Des Moines, IA
- Background check required
- Ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds
