A company is looking for an ISA Operations Coordinator to support internal tracking and coordination within the Independent Sales Advisor program.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of licensing, onboarding, and compliance statuses
- Track process completions and report inconsistencies to appropriate teams
- Assist in implementing operational changes to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in an operational role
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to assess and recommend process improvements
