IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their team in Application Development and Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and validate technical requirements for system enhancements
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and document workflows while designing data/integration models
• Guide change management and validate test plans to ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst with technical documentation experience
• Experience with ITIL-based service management methods
• Proficiency in BPMN, technical requirements, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of data requirements and platform integration
• High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of BA training/experience, Associate's degree with 2 years of BA experience, or Bachelor's degree
