IT Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Data Scientist to apply machine learning and AI techniques to business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and validate predictive models for claims, customer lifecycle, agent performance, and product insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize modeling opportunities and perform feature engineering
• Integrate models into production environments and support model monitoring and documentation for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; Ph.D. is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in applied data science or machine learning roles
• Strong programming skills in Python or R
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Familiarity with SQL and large-scale data platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
