IT Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of OT devices in industrial settings
• Provide remote access support and administration for global team members
• Coordinate with vendors and document interactions and system configurations

Required Qualifications:

• Associate/bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science/Engineering, or 5-7+ years equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Medium-Enterprise IT, preferably with OT experience
• Experience with remote support software and foundational knowledge in networking and OT security
• Familiarity with Windows Enterprise Environments and related technologies
• Desirable certifications include CompTIA A+, IT Security+, CCNA, or similar
