Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in formalizing IT communication plans for stakeholder clarity and alignment
- Support the design and implementation of feedback mechanisms for governance improvements
- Contribute to the integration of PMOs and governance structures to align project delivery with IT objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Public Administration, Business, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in IT governance or IT project management
- Familiarity with governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, or NIST
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
- Experience in gathering data through surveys or stakeholder interviews
