A company is looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists in preparing detailed reporting to drive improvements
- Analyzes issues and supports teams in resolving performance gaps
- Develops and maintains regular reporting in the form of scorecards and KPI reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge in Customer Experience (CX)
- Data analytics and research experience preferred
- Tableau experience is a plus
