Key Responsibilities
  • Assists in preparing detailed reporting to drive improvements
  • Analyzes issues and supports teams in resolving performance gaps
  • Develops and maintains regular reporting in the form of scorecards and KPI reports
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge in Customer Experience (CX)
  • Data analytics and research experience preferred
  • Tableau experience is a plus
