IT Microsoft Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Microsoft Systems Engineer to provide technical support and administrative services across multiple offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft technologies
• Prepare and execute project plans for complex projects
• Manage vendor relationships and train junior staff as needed

Required Qualifications

• Professional Graduate Degree
• 11+ years of corporate IT experience in a fast-paced software and/or cloud environment
• Proven experience with Windows, Office 365, SCCM, and Exchange
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting computer-related issues
• Experience leading a team of junior members is an advantage
