IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a 24x7 IT operations staff to ensure high availability and operational stability of applications and services
• Oversee deployment and installation of software and patches in production and lower environments
• Monitor and optimize servers and databases, and resolve issues in collaboration with development teams

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with five to eight years of management experience in IT or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-3 years of management experience in IT or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of management experience supervising 24x7 IT applications and operations
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Linux, and Windows servers
• Experience managing incidents and requests within ServiceNow and Jira
