IT Product Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director - IT Product Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage product plans, technical roadmaps, and service delivery in alignment with business priorities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and assess product value
• Oversee vendor management, budget analysis, and human resource management for the product team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Seven or more years of experience in Information Technology with progressive leadership roles
• Three or more years of budgetary responsibility preferred
• Understanding of product management methodology and basic SAFe Agile principles
• In-depth knowledge of business operations and the cost basis for services
