Key Responsibilities
- Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects
- Lead and guide the work of technical staff while serving as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met
Required Qualifications
- BS degree with 5-7 years of experience
- Experience in organizing and updating technical documentation, SOPs, and operational workflows
- Ability to conduct structured meetings and workshops for knowledge transfer
- Experience in creating user guides and interactive learning modules
- Familiarity with Knowledge Management Tools such as ServiceNow or SharePoint
