IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Quality Assurance Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform independent testing and validation, including writing test cases and conducting manual testing
• Document and track defects and inconsistencies using defect tracking tools
• Analyze data for accuracy and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure thorough testing coverage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a Financial Services organization, or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of experience
• 2-4 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or software testing
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC
• Experience with testing tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of Salesforce and web application testing is preferred
