IT Security Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Security Analyst to monitor systems for security threats and provide support to users.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor company systems for signs of intrusion and coordinate incident investigations
• Provide first contact support for incoming service desk requests to ensure timely resolution of user issues
• Prioritize incidents and service requests according to defined processes to meet SLAs

Required Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computer security concepts including Identity & Access Management, Network Security, and Incident Management
• Familiarity with IT Security frameworks and relevant regulatory obligations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
• Knowledge of Enterprise antimalware/Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) platforms
• Targeted at new college graduates or candidates with up to 4 years of relevant experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver innovative solutions to complex problems
