Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries from customers
- Provide troubleshooting for hardware and software issues and escalate unresolved problems
- Input accurate information into the ticketing system and respond to inquiries effectively
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of technical customer service experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance
- U.S. Citizen
- Competent in Internet navigation and Microsoft Office Tools
- Must adhere to the training schedule and have a designated quiet workspace
