Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of technical customer service experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Competent in Internet navigation and Microsoft Office Tools
  • Must adhere to the training schedule and have a designated quiet workspace
