Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of IT Service Management & Operations to oversee the delivery and support of operational IT services across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT service management and operation strategies aligned with business objectives
- Monitor service performance metrics and oversee incident management to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Manage the ServiceNow platform, including its configuration, customization, and maintenance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with an emphasis in Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 2 or more years of experience in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of the ITIL Service Lifecycle model and best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in workforce management, including staffing and team development
