Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager for IT Service Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IT Service Management (ITSM) program
- Coordinate ITSM processes across OIT and support service managers throughout the service lifecycle
- Champion the Work Visibility Initiative and support data collection and reporting for decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or Management
- Five years of professional experience in IT service design, development, or management
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification or willingness to obtain within three months of employment
- Experience in developing training resources and delivering training on ITSM principles
- Ability to build strong relationships with leadership and service managers
